START WITH THE BUYER
Start with healthcare when provider organizations are your target buyers. Separate facilities from the organization that controls the purchase, then map the procurement route.
Open the healthcare toolChoose the motion described in the selector. Selling to healthcare organizations and selling recruiting services to employers are different routes. Software sellers can also use the SaaS economics planner.

WORK THE PROBLEM / Healthcare purchasing-unit mapper

02 / Physical operations
Turn a geographic lead into a quote-ready brief. A plausible shipping company still fails fit when its route, equipment, or commodity is outside your capability.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Logistics lane-fit planner

03 / Technology
An MSP opportunity becomes useful when both teams know who owns the work. Find gaps and overlaps before an assessment becomes an unlimited support promise.
WORK THE PROBLEM / IT support-responsibility matrix

04 / Physical operations
The same product needs a different conversation during design, tender, and delivery. Connect the project stage to the permitted buying route and your readiness.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Construction bid-route planner

05 / Professional services
A portfolio becomes persuasive when it demonstrates the work this buyer needs. Map the initiative, deliverable, proof, capacity and conflicts before writing the pitch.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Agency service-to-proof planner

06 / Professional services
A useful consulting conversation has a decision to make, a sponsor, an operating owner and accessible evidence. Turn an abstract transformation brief into a bounded diagnostic.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Consulting decision-charter builder

07 / Professional services
Selling services to a financial institution involves a business sponsor and a review route. Map the outstanding documents and owners without confusing a checklist with approval.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Financial-services vendor-review planner

08 / Technology
A product demo cannot resolve who owns the integration. Map the workflow, data scope, system owners and test environment before proposing a pilot.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Fintech integration-dependency mapper

09 / Professional services
One campaign can require many exports. Define the concept, duration, aspect ratio, language and usage before treating a production inquiry as a brief.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Media-production deliverables planner

10 / Technology
Separate provider-confirmed feasibility from reported availability. Turn a branch list into a site-by-site research and deployment brief.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Telecom multi-site readiness mapper

11 / Physical operations
A matching industry code does not establish supplier fit. Compare the actual material, process, tolerance and monthly capacity before building an OEM segment.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Manufacturing specification-fit matrix

12 / Professional services
Employer acquisition and candidate sourcing are different jobs. Check that the vacancy is current, the specialization fits, and an agency conversation is permitted.
WORK THE PROBLEM / Recruiting requisition-fit planner

13 / Technology
Use contribution, not headline contract value. Model the customer and meeting counts needed to recover a campaign cost, then challenge the assumptions before launch.

HOW TO USE THE FIELD GUIDES
A hospital facility, a bank legal entity and a manufacturing plant are different units of research. Choose the guide for the selling situation and confirm which organization buys. Then select the play that matches what you sell.
Change the decision-lab inputs and inspect the result. A tolerance mismatch, an unknown agency policy or a missing service address should change your next action. The tools use explicit rules rather than hidden opportunity scores.
Export the brief with your inputs and next actions. Attach the source, date and accountable owner for each unresolved fact. Use the brief to review a narrow account sample before expanding the campaign.
FIRST-PARTY MEASUREMENT
2.12%Median unique replies per contacted lead.
81 campaigns with at least 500 contacted leads.
ReplyLead's frozen August 12, 2026 extraction includes automatic replies and mixes client and internal programmes. It is a cross-campaign reference, not an industry target, positive-reply rate or meeting forecast.
For an industry cohort, separate human replies, positive replies, booked meetings, held meetings and sales-accepted opportunities. Keep the contacted-person denominator and maturity window consistent. A result from a different audience is not a substitute for your segment's evidence.

DATABASE SCALE / ACCOUNT REALITY
A contact database is a starting point for research. One company may have many people, plants, branches or practitioner records. The buying unit depends on the product and purchasing route; it cannot be read directly from a global record count.
Ask for a counted, dated sample with separate totals for raw records, unique buying units, accounts matching your scope and accounts with an eligible contact. Record unknown fields and exclusions. None of these guides publishes an unverified industry coverage count or treats an illustrative result as a campaign forecast.
ReplyLead runs cold email and LinkedIn. The goal of these guides is a better-defined audience, relevant context and a usable sales handoff. Confirm delivery scope and contact requirements before outreach.

Examples are labeled planning cases. Each guide maps source fields to decisions, cites its relevant reference and separates account evidence from campaign measurement.
