Companies comparedThe 8 best B2B lead generation companies in 2026
Updated August 2026 // by Mark Glazer // every claim sourced, our own bias disclosed
Eight companies, compared on the four things that actually separate B2B lead generation companies: the model (what you get), the pricing shape (who carries the risk), what is published versus quote-only, and who each one genuinely fits. One disclosure before anything else: ReplyLead is on this list and wrote this page. We put ourselves first and face the same scrutiny as everyone else - every third-party claim below is sourced from the company's own published pages and marked self-reported where it is.
If you want the buying framework rather than the shortlist - what these services include, the six provider types, the evidence standard - that lives on lead generation services. This page is the shortlist.
1. ReplyLead - revenue share, and this is our list
The disclosure, plainly: this is our page and we rank ourselves first on it. The reason we think the position is defensible is the model and the evidence standard. ReplyLead is a revenue-share B2B lead generation and cold email agency: we build the list, run dedicated sending infrastructure, write and test the sequences, work every reply by hand and book qualified meetings onto your calendar. A lean technology fee covers the sending stack - published as a line-item table by volume tier, at list prices, on pricing - and the bulk of our compensation is an agreed share of the revenue that closes, attribution model and window fixed up front, no long-term lock-in. We are also, as far as we can find, the only company on this list that publishes its full campaign book: 402,477 emails across 89 campaigns, with both denominators, quartiles and stated limitations. Best for: B2B companies from $1M in revenue that want pipeline priced on results rather than effort - and want to verify the vendor's numbers before a sales call. For right-fit companies, the pilot runs the first campaign with build and management at our cost.
2. Belkins - the omnichannel appointment-setting heavyweight
Belkins is a B2B appointment-setting agency founded in 2017, per its own site, running omnichannel outreach: cold email, calling, voicemails, SMS and WhatsApp, LinkedIn and paid ads. It claims more than $2B in client revenue generated since 2017 (self-reported). Pricing is not published - the pricing page shows quote-only tiers named by yearly appointment volume, and its Clutch profile lists a minimum project size of $1,000+. Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams that want a large multi-channel appointment-setting operation and accept quote-only pricing. The full like-for-like comparison is on Belkins alternatives.
3. CIENCE - layered stack with a public price list
CIENCE runs managed outbound, SDR teams and go-to-market execution on its own platform, and it prices in the open - rare at its scale. Per its published pricing page: GTM system setup at $5,000 one time, a strategic team at $2,000 per month and the platform at $499 per month, a first month totaling $7,499, on month-to-month terms with a performance commission on top. Best for: teams that want enterprise-grade scale and breadth with itemized prices they can read before the call. The direct comparison is on CIENCE alternatives.
4. SalesHive - calling plus email, one flat fee
SalesHive is a B2B sales development outsourcer, remote-first since 2016 per its about page, running cold calling plus email end to end with 100 percent US-based SDRs (self-reported). Its pricing page describes one flat monthly fee covering the SDR team, strategist, platform, data and tools, with no setup fees and month-to-month terms - but publishes no dollar figures. Its homepage claims 129K+ qualified meetings booked and $2.5B+ in pipeline (self-reported). Best for: US companies that want calling plus email from US-based reps without an annual commitment.
5. Martal Group - senior outsourced sellers, pilot-first
Martal Group, headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, positions itself as an outsourced sales team rather than an email vendor, claiming 200+ onshore sales executives and 15 years in business (self-reported). Pricing is quote-only but the structure is published: per its pricing page, Tier 1A is a flat monthly fee after a 3-month pilot, and higher tiers add a sales commission after a 4-month pilot. Best for: B2B tech companies that want senior outsourced sellers - closer to full sales outsourcing than to a lead generation service - and accept the pilot structure.
6. Sopro - the UK and European counterpart
Sopro is a fully managed, email-led prospecting service that layers in LinkedIn, display ads, phone and even physical mail, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Brighton, UK, with 300+ employees per its about page. Per its published pricing page, engagements start around 3K GBP per month with explicitly no minimum contract. Its homepage counters claim 3,375 clients and more than 91 million outreach messages (self-reported). Best for: UK and European B2B companies with budgets from roughly 3K GBP per month.
7. Cleverly - productized, LinkedIn-first, listed prices
Cleverly is a productized, LinkedIn-first agency, started in Los Angeles and now fully remote per its about page, with headline prices on its homepage: LinkedIn outreach at $397 per month (600+ prospects), cold email at $1,995 per month (10,000+ emails) and cold calling at $3,500 per month (5,000+ calls). It claims 224.7K leads generated and $312M in client pipeline (self-reported). Best for: budget-conscious SMBs that want productized outreach at a listed price rather than a bespoke engagement.
8. SalesBread - the boutique with a guarantee
SalesBread does done-for-you LinkedIn plus email outreach, and its homepage promise is 20+ sales-qualified leads per month or your money back - roughly one lead per working day (self-reported). It runs month to month, requires your own LinkedIn account and Sales Navigator subscription, and cites a typical 3-to-5-week waitlist (self-reported), publishing no current rate card. Best for: small B2B teams that want low-volume, ultra-personalized outreach from a boutique with a concrete guarantee attached.

How we vetted this list
Every third-party claim above was read from the named company's own published pages - pricing pages, about pages, homepages - and anything a company says about its own results is marked self-reported, because that is what it is. We excluded providers whose sites publish neither pricing structure nor verifiable positioning. The bias is disclosed rather than pretended away: ReplyLead wrote the page and ranks first on it, which is exactly why our own entry carries the most verifiable numbers on the list - fee tiers in the open and a published campaign book anyone can audit. If a listed company updates its pricing or claims, the entry is wrong until we re-check it; lists like this rot, including ours.
How to actually choose between lead generation companies
A shortlist is not a decision. The buying framework - the six jobs every provider sells some subset of, the pricing-shape risk map, the evidence standard, the fit disqualifiers - is on lead generation services. The model-level economics live on B2B lead generation pricing, the function-level decision on sales outsourcing, and adjacent shortlists on no-retainer agencies and outsourced SDR companies.
Common questions
What do B2B lead generation companies do?
Some subset of six jobs: targeting and list building, sending infrastructure, copy and campaign design, execution, reply handling and meeting booking. Providers differ mainly in which jobs they run and how they charge for them - the full breakdown is on lead generation services.
How much do lead generation companies charge?
Across this list alone: $397 a month productized, ~3K GBP managed, $7,499 first-month stacks, quote-only enterprise tiers, and revenue share with a published technology fee. The shape matters more than the figure - who pays in a month that produces nothing decides your real risk.
Are lead generation companies worth it?
When deal size, close rate and market size make the arithmetic work - and the honest vendors check that before taking your money. The fit test is on lead generation services; the measured results one company publishes are in our campaign book.
Which lead generation company is best for small businesses?
From this list: productized entry pricing (Cleverly) or boutique low-volume (SalesBread) fit the smallest budgets, and results-priced models protect them best. The small-business arithmetic is worked through on outsourced sales for small business.
The entry that publishes its numbers
402,477 emails, 89 campaigns, both denominators, quartiles and limitations - our campaign book is public because that is the standard we think this category should be held to.
