COMPARISON / SALESBREAD AND 8 ALTERNATIVES / 3 NOVEMBER 2026
SalesBread alternatives, matched to why you are looking
SalesBread's own pages put its price at 2-3k a month for about one lead a day: an interested reply to LinkedIn messages sent from your own account, plus email, after a 3 to 5 week wait list. ReplyLead, which publishes this comparison, runs cold email and LinkedIn from $2,023 a month plus an agreed share of the revenue that closes, with no per-meeting fee. Of the 8 alternatives read on 3 November 2026, seven can send from infrastructure they set up, three publish a price under $2,000 a month, and two, ProspectOut and Cleverly, bill per meeting or lead.

A SalesBread lead is an interested reply, not a meeting.
SalesBread's promise counts replies. A lead, in its own words, is someone at the right company with the right title and seniority who replies with interest, usually asking for a call or asking a direct question. Its 20+ a month are 20+ of those replies. The meeting, the held meeting and the closed deal come later, and each is smaller than the step before.
So compare the unit before the price. The table counts what each provider's own page bills for or promises.
| Provider | Counts or bills | Its published number | Stage |
|---|---|---|---|
| SalesBread (baseline) | Interested replies ("leads") | 20+ a month, or your money back | Reply |
| ReplyLead | A monthly fee, plus a share of revenue that closes; reports positive leads | Campaigner: 20 positive leads in a one-month sample | Reply, then closed revenue |
| ProspectOut | Qualified meetings booked into your calendar | $100 each; no charge for a no-show | Meeting |
| Cleverly | Meeting-ready leads on cold email; new leads on LinkedIn | 20 to 40 new leads a month, typical | Lead, as it defines one |
| CIENCE | SDR seats, plus a bonus tied to held meetings | A monthly held-meeting target per SDR | Held meeting |
| Belkins | A starter price with an appointment count | 100 appointments a year | Meeting |
ReplyLead's own record uses the same unit as SalesBread's lead. Campaigner, an email marketing software company, had 20 positive leads in a one-month sample ReplyLead reports; the retained campaign workbook confirms 20 interested-lead labels, which include interested replies and requests for information, but it does not name the month, and a positive lead is not a held meeting. Across ReplyLead's 81 campaigns with at least 500 contacted leads, the median campaign replied at 2.12% per contacted lead on 12 August 2026, automatic replies included, so 1,000 contacted leads at that median give about 21 replies of every kind. It is not a meeting rate. See the Campaigner record and the cold email benchmarks.
Eight SalesBread alternatives, ReplyLead first.
ReplyLead publishes this comparison and is one of the eight, so it comes first. The other seven follow by the most reasons one of their plans meets, then by fewer blanks.

When SalesBread is still the better pick.
Stay when the reasons on this page are not yours. SalesBread is the one here that states a monthly lead target with your money back on its homepage: 20+ sales qualified leads a month. Its own sales researchers find the personal lines, and it says it does not use AI at all. Its outreach comes from your own LinkedIn profile and network, and it expects a first lead within 36 hours of launch.
If that is what you want, and a 3 to 5 week wait list and a price of 2-3k a month fit, the alternatives above trade one of those things for another. For a wider list of providers, see the B2B lead generation companies compared; for prices across appointment setters, see what appointment setting costs; for the channel question, cold email vs LinkedIn.
How this comparison was made.
ReplyLead read each provider's own pricing, FAQ, service or comparison page on 3 November 2026 with a plain request: no login, no quote form and no sales call. Every price, term and quotation on this page was checked against the sentence on the provider's live page before publication. ReplyLead did not buy or test any of these services, and no result, reply rate or meeting count is estimated for any of them.
ReplyLead publishes this comparison and is one of the eight. The other seven are managed outreach providers with public pages that state a price or terms. The list is ReplyLead's choice and not the whole market.
Each dot answers one question from the provider's own words. A filled dot means its page says so; a ring means its page says otherwise; a dash means its pages read here do not say, which is not the same as no. Where the yes answers come from different plans, as with Cleverly and OutreachBloom, the board counts only what one plan meets together. ProspectOut meets all five on its own page, with one condition: its per-meeting plan is only for medium to large businesses.
ReplyLead's row uses its own published facts: its pricing page, how it works, the sending limits on its about page, the launch rule on the domain age checker and the LinkedIn lead generation page. Belkins' earlier starter prices come from Internet Archive copies of its appointment setting page.
Leaving SalesBread for volume, or for your LinkedIn account?
ReplyLead runs cold email and LinkedIn outreach for B2B companies: list research, copy, sending infrastructure, reply handling and meeting booking, with your team taking the sales conversations. Campaigns run on dedicated sending infrastructure that carries a monthly technology fee from $2,023, plus an agreed share of the revenue that closes from meetings ReplyLead books. There is no per-meeting fee. In a period where nothing closes, no revenue share is owed and the fee remains.

SalesBread alternatives questions.
What is the best alternative to SalesBread?
It depends on what made you look. ReplyLead, which publishes this comparison, fits when the reason is your LinkedIn account or the volume: it runs cold email and LinkedIn from infrastructure it sets up, from $2,023 a month plus an agreed share of the revenue that closes, with no per-meeting fee. If the reason is price, ProspectOut, Cleverly's LinkedIn plan and OutreachBloom's LinkedIn plan publish prices under $2,000 a month. If you want to pay per result, ProspectOut charges $100 a qualified meeting to medium and large businesses, and Cleverly can bill cold email per meeting-ready lead. If it is the wait list, ProspectOut, CIENCE, Leadium and Belkins each say a campaign goes live in under 3 weeks.
How much does SalesBread cost?
SalesBread's own service page answers "What is the monthly investment" with "2-3k/month" (the page was last updated on 11 September 2026). Its homepage calls the pricing "scale-friendly", and it runs month to month.
Which SalesBread alternatives cost less?
ReplyLead does not: its lowest tier is $2,023 a month, plus a share of the revenue that closes. Below SalesBread's 2-3k, ProspectOut lists $500 a month for cold email alone and $1,000 with LinkedIn, reply handling and booking; Cleverly lists $397 to $997 a month for LinkedIn from your own profile; and OutreachBloom's LinkedIn plan is $1,000 a month, also from your profile, with the replies left to you.
Does SalesBread use my LinkedIn account?
Yes. Its FAQ answers "Will you use my LinkedIn account?" with "Yes", requires Sales Navigator, and for more than one lead a day asks for more LinkedIn accounts from your colleagues. It monitors your inbox and emails you when a new lead is ready.
What does SalesBread count as a lead?
Someone at the right company, with the right title and seniority, who replies with interest: usually a meeting or call request, or a direct question about what you sell. Its promise of 20+ sales qualified leads a month, or your money back, counts those replies. A held meeting comes later.
Which SalesBread alternatives charge per meeting?
ReplyLead does not: it charges a monthly fee from $2,023 plus a share of the revenue that closes. Of the others, ProspectOut charges $100 for each qualified meeting booked into your calendar, plus $300 a month for tools, and only to medium and large businesses; Cleverly can bill cold email per meeting-ready lead; CIENCE bills by the SDR, with a bonus tied to each SDR's monthly target for held meetings.
How fast can a SalesBread alternative start?
ReplyLead starts a campaign once its new sending domains are 30 days old and the mailboxes have warmed 14 days. ProspectOut says live in 14 days, CIENCE in less than 14 days and Belkins 14 days to launch. Leadium puts a typical appointment setting launch at 7 to 10 days, with onboardings on the 1st or 15th of a month, and Sopro says a campaign could be live in 3 weeks. SalesBread runs a 3 to 5 week wait list, then expects a first lead within 36 hours of launch.
When is SalesBread still the better choice?
When you want a monthly lead target with your money back, personal lines its own sales researchers find without AI, outreach from an established LinkedIn profile you already own, and you can wait 3 to 5 weeks to start.
When this comparison does not apply.
It compares what providers publish about five reasons for leaving SalesBread. A quote for your market can differ from a starting price, each provider defines a lead or a meeting its own way, and a dash means a page did not say, not that the provider cannot do it. The eight are not the whole market.
Pages can change after 3 November 2026. Sopro shows its price in pounds as read here; confirm the currency. Prices are in US dollars unless stated. It covers outbound B2B lead generation, not paid LinkedIn ads or consumer sales.
