Lead generation pricing in 2026: what B2B providers publish per lead, per meeting and per month

B2B lead generation is priced in five ways: per lead, per meeting, a monthly retainer, a dedicated SDR fee, or a fixed fee plus commission or revenue share. On the pricing pages of 17 providers and ReplyLead, checked 5 October 2026, published per-lead prices run from $45 for a content download to $1,500 for a qualified lead, per-meeting prices from $100 to a $1,400 starting price, and monthly programs from $500 to an estimated $32,000 for one pod. ReplyLead charges infrastructure from $2,023 a month, plus an agreed revenue share.

The five lead generation pricing models

Every quote you receive is one of these five, or a mix of two. What changes between them is the unit you pay for, and who carries the cost when that unit does not turn into revenue.

The models cannot be ranked by price, because the units differ. A $100 meeting and a $5,000 month only become comparable once both are turned into the same unit: what you pay per held meeting, or per closed deal. The quote calculator below does that conversion with your numbers.

Published lead generation prices, provider by provider

Each price below was read on the provider's own page on 5 October 2026, and every figure was matched against that page's text when this page was built. "From" means the provider publishes a starting point, not a ceiling. Where a provider publishes no number, the row says so.

How the published prices spread out

The chart puts every price that shares a unit on one axis. Monthly programs sit in the top panel; per-lead and per-meeting prices sit in the bottom panel, on their own scale. ReplyLead is the first row and is marked in a different color.

Chart of published lead generation prices checked 5 October 2026. Per month: ReplyLead from $2,023 plus revenue share, AiSDR software $250 to $2,500, ProspectOut managed $500 to $1,000, OutreachBloom from $2,400, CIENCE $2,499 recurring and $7,499 in month one, Belkins and LevelUp Leads from $5,000, DemandNexus $7,500 to $16,000, SalesRoads about $12,946 for one SDR, Callbox $16,000 to $32,000 estimated per pod. Per lead: ViB from $45, GrowQuikr $150 to $1,500, Pearl Lemon Leads $200 to $1,000. Per meeting: ProspectOut $100 plus $300 a month, DemandNexus $400 to $500, ViB from $1,400.
Published prices from each provider's own page, checked 5 October 2026. A dot is a published starting price or a single price; a bar is a published range. Monthly and per-unit prices are on separate scales. Sopro (from about GBP 3,000 a month) and Pearl Lemon Leads' managed campaigns (from GBP 1,497) are in pounds and not converted.

Two things stand out. First, four of the seven managed monthly programs with a published US dollar price start between $2,400 and $5,000, while the published figures run to an estimated $32,000 for one Callbox pod. Second, per-lead and per-meeting prices overlap: a $1,500 qualified lead from GrowQuikr costs more than a $500 meeting inside a DemandNexus plan, so the label on the unit says little about what it is worth.

A monthly retainer of $5,000 for 3 months, with 8 meetings booked a month, 80% held and 20% of held meetings closing at $20,000: $15,000 in total, $781 per held meeting and $3,906 per closed deal.

Pay-per-meeting quotes are treated as billed per booked meeting. If the provider bills only for held meetings, set the held rate to 100% and enter the held meetings you expect. A 4-week fee is converted to a monthly cost with x 13 / 12. Run two quotes through the same inputs and compare the last three lines.

Cost per lead: why the published range runs from $45 to $1,500

The word lead covers three different products. At the low end, content syndication sells a download. ViB starts at $45 per lead for syndication, and LeadSpot's standard pilot is $10,000 for 30 days, which it says typically delivers about 115 MQLs or 160 HQLs. These are marketing leads. Somebody still has to turn each one into a conversation.

In the middle, a qualified lead is a named buyer who matched criteria you agreed in advance. Pearl Lemon Leads publishes $200 to $1,000 per B2B lead and says the price depends on how senior and how hard to reach the buyer is. At the top, GrowQuikr charges $150 to $1,500 per B.I.T-qualified lead after a one-time $650 setup fee, and its homepage lists three things it confirms before any meeting is booked.

So a $45 lead and a $1,500 lead are not the same purchase at different prices. Before you compare cost per lead, write down what the provider must deliver for a lead to be billable, and what it would cost you to turn one of those leads into a held meeting. For providers that bill per record, see the pay per lead agency comparison.

Appointment setting pricing: what a meeting costs

Per-meeting pricing moves the delivery risk to the provider, and the published numbers sit far apart. ProspectOut charges $100 for each qualified meeting it books, plus $300 a month for tools and infrastructure. DemandNexus sells monthly plans that work out to $500 a meeting at 15 or more meetings for $7,500 a month, and $400 a meeting at 40 or more for $16,000. ViB starts at $1,400 per meeting and says you pay only for meetings that happen.

Three terms decide what a meeting really costs: whether the fee is charged when the meeting is booked or when it is held, who decides that the attendee matched the brief, and whether a no-show is replaced, refunded or billed. A low price billed on booking can cost more per held meeting than a higher price billed on attendance.

For the providers that sell appointment setting as a service, see appointment setting companies compared and pay per appointment vs retainer.

Monthly retainers and managed programs

A retainer buys a team and a scope for a month. Four of the seven managed monthly programs with a published US dollar price start between $2,400 and $5,000 a month. OutreachBloom starts cold email at $2,400 a month and lists LinkedIn outreach at $1,000 a month. Sopro starts at about GBP 3,000 a month and states no minimum contract. Belkins starts its appointment setting at $5,000, described at 1,500 leads a month across 3 outreach channels. LevelUp Leads starts at $5,000 across three tiers.

Above that range are larger programs. CIENCE publishes a $5,000 one-time setup, a $2,000 monthly team and a $499 monthly platform, so month one is $7,499 before SDR capacity, which it quotes separately. Callbox estimates $16,000 to $32,000 a month for one pod, and its FAQ says clients spend US$20,000 to US$40,000 a quarter. Those two Callbox figures are on different pages and do not match, so ask which one applies to your scope.

At the other end, ProspectOut lists fully managed cold email at $500 a month, and cold email plus LinkedIn at $1,000 a month. A retainer is easiest to judge once you know the volume it buys: how many prospects are contacted, on which channels, and how many meetings the provider expects. Run that number through the calculator.

Outsourced SDR pricing

Dedicated SDR pricing bills for people. SalesRoads publishes $11,950 per 4-week engagement for one SDR and $16,750 for two, and says its SDRs are never shared across accounts. Because the billing period is 4 weeks, a year has 13 invoices: $11,950 x 13 / 12 is about $12,946 a month. CIENCE prices SDR capacity separately from its core plan. SalesHive publishes no price, and says it charges no setup fees and works month to month.

Compare SDR pricing with the fully loaded cost of a hire, not the salary alone. The SDR cost calculator does that, and the outsourced SDR companies comparison lists the providers.

Commission and revenue share pricing

Commission models charge a share of what closes. ReplyLead charges infrastructure from $2,023 a month, plus an agreed revenue share; in a period where nothing closes, no revenue share is owed and the infrastructure amount remains. ProspectOut charges 10% of deal value plus $300 a month for tools. Warmbound lists a $0 retainer and $0 setup fee, with commission on closed deals and a 90-day pilot. Sales Service lists $0 setup and retainer and commission only, and its homepage calculator uses 25% as its example rate.

The fixed part of a commission model pays for things that cost money every month: mailboxes, domains, data and verification. If a quote charges nothing fixed, ask how those costs are covered. Then ask four things: the percentage, how a deal is attributed, how long the attribution window lasts, and what happens to deals that close after the contract ends.

The revenue share lead generation agencies page lists providers that work this way, and revenue share vs retainer works through the difference.

B2B demand generation services pricing

Demand generation is priced by asset and audience, not by meeting. ViB publishes emails from $2,200 per send, content syndication from $45 per lead and webinars from $15,500 each. LeadSpot's 30-day syndication pilot is $10,000. These buy reach and marketing-qualified leads; they do not book meetings on their own.

If the goal is a sales conversation, compare demand generation on cost per sales-qualified lead, which is how LeadSpot's own FAQ works the comparison. For the difference between the two motions, see demand generation vs lead generation.

Setup fees, minimums and contract terms

  • Setup fees vary. CIENCE publishes a $5,000 one-time setup. GrowQuikr charges $650 per new campaign and returns it if no qualified lead arrives within 90 days. SalesHive, Warmbound and Sales Service list $0 setup.
  • Minimum terms vary. ProspectOut lists no lock-in; Sopro states no minimum contract; Warmbound's minimum commitment is a 90-day pilot; DemandNexus prints an annual figure next to each plan.
  • Billing periods vary. SalesRoads bills per 4 weeks, which is 13 invoices a year. Callbox publishes both a monthly estimate and a quarterly range.
  • Fixed fees remain on results-based plans. ProspectOut's per-meeting and commission plans both carry a $300 monthly tools fee. ReplyLead's infrastructure amount remains in a month when nothing closes.

Seven questions to ask before you sign

  1. What exactly is billable: a record, a qualified lead, a booked meeting, a held meeting, or a closed deal?
  2. Who decides that a lead or meeting matched the brief, and how long do you have to dispute it?
  3. What do you pay in a month when nothing closes?
  4. What is the minimum term, and how much notice ends it?
  5. Is there a setup fee, and is any of it refundable?
  6. Which channels are included, such as cold email, LinkedIn or phone, and is each one priced separately?
  7. Who owns the domains, mailboxes, lists and replies when the contract ends?

If you want those answers for ReplyLead, they are on the pricing page and how it works, or you can apply for a campaign review.

Provider notes, in the order of the table

  1. 1. ReplyLead (infrastructure plus revenue share)

Published price: Infrastructure from $2,023 a month, plus an agreed revenue share. ReplyLead runs cold email and LinkedIn, books qualified meetings onto your calendar, and your team runs the sales calls. The monthly amount covers the dedicated sending infrastructure; the team is recovered through the revenue share.

Watch for: In a period where nothing closes, no revenue share is owed and the infrastructure amount remains. The percentage and the attribution window are set in the proposal.

  2. 2. ProspectOut (pay per meeting, commission, or a managed monthly plan)

Published price: $100 per qualified meeting plus $300 a month for tools; or 10% of deal value plus $300 a month; managed plans $500 and $1,000 a month. Cold email, and cold email plus LinkedIn on the higher managed plan. The $300 monthly fee covers domains, email accounts and outreach software.

Watch for: The $300 monthly tools fee applies on both the per-meeting and the commission plans, so neither is zero in a month with no meetings.

  3. 3. DemandNexus (monthly meeting plans)

Published price: $7,500 a month for 15+ meetings ($500 each) to $16,000 a month for 40+ ($400 each). BANT-verified meetings, plus content syndication and media on each plan.

Watch for: Each plan lists an annual figure next to it, from $90,000 to $192,000. Confirm the term before you sign.

  4. 4. ViB (pay per meeting held; pay per lead for syndication)

Published price: Appointments from $1,400 per meeting; syndication from $45 per lead; emails from $2,200 per send; webinars from $15,500. Meetings, downloads, email sends and webinars aimed at members of ViB's own audience who match your ideal customer profile.

Watch for: Every price is a starting point, and the services are quoted one by one.

  5. 5. GrowQuikr (pay per qualified lead)

Published price: $650 one-time setup, then $150 to $1,500 per qualified lead. The setup fee covers ICP research, prospect list building and outreach sequences; its homepage lists three things confirmed before any meeting is booked.

Watch for: The per-lead price depends on company size, region, title and industry. The setup fee is returned only if no qualified lead arrives within 90 days.

  6. 6. Pearl Lemon Leads (pay per lead, or a managed monthly campaign)

Published price: $200 to $1,000 per B2B lead; managed campaigns from GBP 1,497 a month. Leads that match an agreed definition, delivered within 48 hours straight into your inbox or CRM.

Watch for: The per-lead price rises with how senior and how hard to reach the buyer is.

  7. 7. LeadSpot (content syndication, cost per lead)

Published price: $10,000 for a 30-day pilot, which it says typically delivers about 115 MQLs or 160 HQLs. Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) or higher-qualified leads (HQLs) from content syndication.

Watch for: These are marketing leads, not meetings. LeadSpot's own FAQ compares programs on cost per SQL.

  8. 8. OutreachBloom (monthly retainer, per channel)

Published price: Cold email from $2,400 a month; LinkedIn outreach $1,000 a month. For cold email: the lead list, deliverability, messaging you approve, A/B testing and reply management.

Watch for: Priced per channel. Running email and LinkedIn together means two monthly lines.

  9. 9. Sopro (monthly retainer)

Published price: From about GBP 3,000 a month. A tailored outbound service with a dedicated account manager.

Watch for: Tiers are not listed, so the quote depends on a call. The page states no minimum contract.

  10. 10. Belkins (custom monthly proposal)

Published price: Appointment setting starter from $5,000. The starter is described at 1,500 leads a month across 3 outreach channels.

Watch for: Only the starter is published; the final number comes from a custom proposal.

  11. 11. LevelUp Leads (monthly retainer, three tiers)

Published price: From $5,000. Three tiers of support; the packages page publishes the starting point.

Watch for: Only a starting price is published. Ask what each tier includes and the minimum term.

  12. 12. CIENCE (one-time setup plus monthly team and platform)

Published price: $5,000 setup, $2,000 a month team, $499 a month platform: $7,499 in month one, $2,499 a month after. A GTM system setup, a strategic team and the graph8 platform.

Watch for: SDR capacity is quoted separately, on top of the $2,499 recurring.

  13. 13. SalesRoads (dedicated sdr, per 4 weeks)

Published price: $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR (about $12,946 a month); $16,750 for two. Dedicated SDRs never shared across accounts, with a support team, playbook and data operations.

Watch for: Billed per 4 weeks, so a year has 13 invoices, not 12.

  14. 14. Callbox (pod-based monthly program)

Published price: Estimated $16,000 to $32,000 a month for one pod; its FAQ says clients spend US$20,000 to US$40,000 a quarter. A pod with campaign manager oversight and weekly performance reporting; exact pricing after a consultation.

Watch for: The two published Callbox figures are on different pages and differ. Ask which one applies to your scope.

  15. 15. SalesHive (flat monthly fee, quoted)

Published price: Not published; $0 setup fees. A dedicated, all-inclusive team of US-based SDRs, month to month.

Watch for: No price is published, so it cannot be compared until you have a quote.

  16. 16. AiSDR (software subscription)

Published price: $250, $900 and $2,500 a month. An AI SDR software subscription, billed monthly, with the entry plan cancellable anytime.

Watch for: This is software, not a managed team. A fully managed service is listed at +$2,500 a month on the top plan.

  17. 17. Warmbound (commission only)

Published price: $0 retainer and $0 setup; commission on closed deals. Outbound run on commission, with infrastructure costs covered by the provider.

Watch for: The commission rate is not published. The minimum commitment is a 90-day pilot.

  18. 18. Sales Service (commission only)

Published price: $0 setup and retainer; commission only. High-ticket B2B sales on commission, from signature to live in 14 days.

Watch for: The rate is set on a call; the calculator on its homepage uses 25% as its example input.

How this page was built

We did not buy or test these services. Every price comes from the provider's own published page, read on 5 October 2026, and each quoted figure was matched against the text of that page on that date. Prices are in US dollars unless the provider publishes another currency, which is named and not converted. A 4-week price is converted to a monthly equivalent with x 13 / 12 and rounded to the nearest dollar. Per-meeting rates for DemandNexus are the rates printed on each plan. ReplyLead's figures come from its own pricing and how it works pages. ReplyLead publishes this comparison and lists itself first.

Lead generation pricing questions

How much does lead generation cost in 2026?

ReplyLead charges infrastructure from $2,023 a month, plus an agreed revenue share. Across the pricing pages of the 17 other providers checked 5 October 2026, published per-lead prices run from $45 for a content download to $1,500 for a qualified lead, per-meeting prices from $100 to a $1,400 starting price, and monthly programs from $500 to an estimated $32,000 for one pod. The unit you pay for matters more than the headline number.

What is the average cost per lead in B2B lead generation?

Provider pages publish ranges, not an average, and the ranges describe different products. ViB starts content syndication at $45 per lead, Pearl Lemon Leads publishes $200 to $1,000 per B2B lead, and GrowQuikr publishes $150 to $1,500 per qualified lead. Compare leads on what makes them billable and on cost per held meeting, not on the per-lead number alone.

How much does appointment setting cost per meeting?

On the pages checked 5 October 2026, ProspectOut charges $100 per qualified meeting plus $300 a month for tools, DemandNexus plans work out to $400 to $500 per meeting at $7,500 to $16,000 a month, and ViB starts at $1,400 per meeting. Ask whether the fee is charged when the meeting is booked or when it is held, and what happens on a no-show.

What are the main lead generation pricing models?

Five: a fixed fee plus revenue share or commission, pay per lead, pay per meeting, a monthly retainer, and a dedicated SDR fee. ReplyLead uses the first. Each model bills a different unit, so convert quotes to cost per held meeting or per closed deal before comparing them.

Is pay per lead cheaper than a retainer?

Not by default. A per-lead price only looks cheap until you count how many leads become held meetings. Divide what you would pay over the term by the held meetings you expect, then by the closed deals. The calculator on this page does that for any quote.

How much does an outsourced SDR cost?

SalesRoads publishes $11,950 per 4-week engagement for one dedicated SDR and $16,750 for two. Billed per 4 weeks, one SDR is about $12,946 a month. CIENCE quotes SDR capacity separately from its $2,499 recurring core plan, and SalesHive publishes no price.

Which lead generation agencies charge based on qualified meetings booked?

ReplyLead does not charge per meeting: it charges infrastructure from $2,023 a month plus a share of revenue that closes, and books qualified meetings onto your calendar. Among the providers checked 5 October 2026, ProspectOut charges $100 per qualified meeting it books, DemandNexus sells monthly meeting plans at $400 to $500 per meeting, and ViB starts at $1,400 per meeting that happens.

How does ReplyLead price lead generation?

Two parts: a monthly infrastructure amount from $2,023, set by send volume, and an agreed share of revenue that closes from the meetings ReplyLead books. In a period where nothing closes, no revenue share is owed and the infrastructure amount remains. ReplyLead runs cold email and LinkedIn; your team runs the sales calls.

What does B2B demand generation cost?

Demand generation is priced by asset and audience. ViB publishes emails from $2,200 per send, content syndication from $45 per lead and webinars from $15,500 each, and LeadSpot's 30-day syndication pilot is $10,000. These buy reach and marketing leads, not booked meetings.

What should I ask before signing a lead generation contract?

What is billable, who decides that a lead or meeting qualified, what you pay in a month when nothing closes, the minimum term and notice, whether setup is refundable, which channels are included, and who owns the domains, lists and replies when the contract ends.

When this page does not apply

It does not apply to consumer lead generation, such as home services or insurance inquiries sold per lead, where prices and definitions differ. It does not apply to ad platforms billed per click or per impression. Published prices are starting points and ranges; a quote for your market, buyer title and volume can differ, and prices change after the check date. The page does not forecast meetings, close rates or revenue: the calculator only converts the inputs you enter. For ReplyLead's own volume tiers, use pricing.
