A point of contact is the person who coordinates communication for a business or project. This B2B contact finder helps you find possible contacts by company website and job title, with 3 business email reveals per public IP address as a one-time sample. Confirm the person's role before outreach.

Find business email addresses by company website.

01 / SEARCH

Enter the website.

Use the company's main domain. Add a job title only if you need a specific function. A search for operations looks for that word in the stored title.

02 / CHOOSE

Check the person and role.

Review the name, job title and company. Choose someone whose responsibilities are relevant to your reason for getting in touch.

03 / REVEAL

Get the business email.

Reveal the address, copy it, and verify it before use. Each distinct address uses one reveal. A search with no matching contacts uses none.

One company website leads to matching contact records and a sample of up to three business email reveals.
Search first, choose a matching contact, then reveal an email. The three-reveal allowance is shared by people using the same public IP address.

What is a point of contact?

A point of contact, often shortened to POC, coordinates communication. In B2B lead generation, that could be the person who answers your first question, routes your message or helps arrange the next conversation. SalesHive's POC definition describes the communication role.

The contact and the decision maker can be different people. For example, an operations manager might explain a manufacturing process while another person approves the purchase. This is an illustrative example, not a claim about a particular company.

Use the finder to identify a possible starting point. Then confirm responsibility with a short question: "Does this sit with you, or someone else on your team?" Finding an address is useful, but relevance still depends on what you sell and the problem you can solve.

A helpful contact may become an internal champion. The economic buyer holds purchasing authority. MEDDICC distinguishes these responsibilities; the finder does not infer them from a job title.

How to find emails for cold emailing.

Start with companies that match your target market. Select the role connected to the problem you address, find the business contact, and verify the address before sending. Avoid treating a large list as evidence that each person is a suitable buyer.

Keep the first message short, specific and easy to answer. A relevant question is more useful than guessing who controls the budget. If the contact redirects you, confirm the next person's role rather than assuming the introduction establishes buying intent.

For the wider workflow, see our B2B lead-list building guide. For evaluating account fit before searching, use the ICP scoring calculator. These cover different tasks from retrieving a contact record.

Know what the result tells you.

The finder queries ReplyLead's stored business contact records by company domain. An optional title filter matches words in the stored title. It returns up to three eligible named contacts, removes repeated email addresses and excludes addresses flagged invalid or blocked by the implemented checks. It does not create an address from a guessed naming pattern. Searches use a private lookup snapshot built on 25 September 2026; the underlying records may be older.

A result shows the name, job title and company in the record. The email is disclosed only when you select Reveal email. The tool has no recent person-level verification date to display, so it tells you the verification date is unavailable and to verify before outreach. Record availability, current employment and email deliverability are separate questions.

Your search is processed by a server. The master database is not downloaded into the browser. Search results are temporary; the server retains a hashed network allowance to enforce the three-email sample. Shared office networks share that allowance. Failed or empty searches do not use a reveal, and repeated reveals of the same address do not use another one. Read our privacy policy or request correction or removal.

Domain-based discovery is an established prospecting workflow; Hunter documents company-domain search. Finding an address does not address the sender's email setup. Google's sender guidelines separately cover authentication and sending requirements.

Each submitted company search uses one of five searches in a 24-hour window, starting with the first search. An empty result still counts as a search but uses no email reveal. Technical search errors restore the search credit. The three-email sample is separate and does not reset each day.

When a search is not enough.

A contact record does not confirm that a person still works at the company, wants your message, has a budget, or can approve a purchase. Verify the current role and email before outreach. This sample does not include personal phone numbers, campaign history or client CRM conversations.

If there is no match, try the primary company domain and a broader title. We do not replace a missing result with a person from a different company. If the search service is unavailable, it reports that state instead of reporting a false no-match. For a broader prospecting project, discuss your targeting with ReplyLead.

Questions, answered.

How do I find a point of contact at a company?

Enter the company website, then add a job title if you know the role you need. Review matching names, titles and companies before revealing a business email. A database match identifies a possible contact; it does not establish purchasing authority.

What does point of contact mean?

A point of contact, or POC, is the person designated to coordinate communication for a company, project or relationship. In prospecting, you still need to confirm that the person handles your topic. A title alone does not make someone the decision maker.

What do the three email reveals include?

You can reveal up to three distinct business email addresses as a one-time sample per public IP address. IPv6 connections are grouped by network prefix. The allowance is shared on office networks. Revealing the same contact again does not use another reveal. Empty searches use none.

Are these contacts verified?

These are matching records from ReplyLead's contact database. This tool does not currently provide a recent person-level email verification date, so results are labeled accordingly. Verify the email and the person's current employment before outreach. A database record is not a deliverability guarantee.

Why did my company search return no contacts?

The database may not contain an eligible named contact for that exact website, or the job-title filter may be too narrow. Try the company's primary domain and remove the title filter. We do not substitute people from another company or invent an email.

Can I search without knowing someone's name?

Yes. Start with the company website. The optional job-title field narrows matches by words in the stored title, such as finance, operations or sales. You do not need to fill in a scorecard or map a buying group.

Can ReplyLead build a larger prospect list?

ReplyLead supports B2B prospecting through cold email and LinkedIn. For a larger list, discuss your target industries, geography, company size and roles with ReplyLead. Contact discovery is an input to outreach; it does not itself establish a qualified opportunity.

Does searching send an email to anyone?

No. A search retrieves matching database records, and a reveal displays an address. The finder does not send an outreach message or enroll a contact in a campaign.

How many company searches can I run?

You can run five searches per public IP in a 24-hour window, starting with your first search. The allowance is shared on office networks, and IPv6 is grouped by network prefix. Empty results count as a search but use no email reveal. Technical search errors restore the search credit. The separate three-email sample is one-time and does not reset daily.

Can I share this business contact finder?

Yes. Use Share this tool to send or copy a link to this page. Sharing does not include your company search, contact results, email addresses or session details. Sharing is optional and does not unlock additional searches.
