B2B healthcare lead generationSeven companies. Book the one that matches how you buy.

Seven companies publish a B2B healthcare lead-generation page. ReplyLead is our pick: cold email and LinkedIn, qualified meetings on your calendar, and you run the sales calls. The other six are Belkins, Martal Group, Callbox, CIENCE, SalesRoads and Leadium. ReplyLead publishes this comparison. It is not an independent ranking.

Matrix of channels named on seven healthcare pages, ReplyLead first. Filled marks: ReplyLead email and LinkedIn; Belkins LinkedIn and phone; Martal Group email, LinkedIn and phone; Callbox email and phone; CIENCE email, LinkedIn and phone; Leadium email, LinkedIn and phone. SalesRoads has no filled mark because the cited lines do not name those channels. Checked 3 October 2026.

A blank circle is not a missing channel

A filled mark means the page we read names that channel. A ring means those cited lines do not. SalesRoads names appointment setting and does not, in the lines cited here, name email, LinkedIn, or phone. That is a gap in the citation, not a finding that they lack a channel. The chart sits in the hero and moves on scroll.

What each page actually says

1. ReplyLead

Cold email and LinkedIn. Qualified meetings land on your calendar.

  • Channels. Cold email and LinkedIn.
  • The sales call. You run the sales calls.
  • Price on the page. A monthly infrastructure fee, plus a share of the revenue you close. Pricing.

Watch for. The infrastructure fee remains when nothing closes. The revenue share is not the whole price.

2. Belkins

The healthcare page names LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling and voicemail. It prints from $5,000 on a starter package, and 1,500 next to a separate leads/month label.

  • Channels. LinkedIn outreach. Cold calling and voicemail.
  • The sales call. The page says your marketing or sales teams continue controlling appointment setting.
  • Price on the page. from $5,000. The billing period is not in that stat.

Watch for. Ask what from $5,000 covers and for how long. The average of 15 new meetings a month, and 113% of campaign KPIs, are figures Belkins publishes. They are not a term this page can verify.

3. Martal Group

Campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone. They describe a 220M+ contact database. They book the appointment and hand it to your team.

  • Channels. Email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • The sales call. Your sales team pitches and closes, on their wording.
  • Price on the page. No Martal service fee on this page. They write that average cost per lead in healthcare ranges from $25 to $200. That is not their invoice.

Watch for. Do not treat $25 to $200 as the price of hiring Martal. Ask for the fee, the term, and who attends the meeting.

4. Callbox

HIPAA-compliant prospecting, on their wording. Outreach across phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Channels. Phone, email, and digital channels.
  • The sales call. The page describes appointments for your sales cycle. It does not say Callbox closes the deal.
  • Price on the page. No dollar fee in the page text we read.

Watch for. The price is whatever the quote says. Get the channels, the regions, and the billable event in writing.

5. CIENCE

Email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone outreach. They write that healthcare sales cycles typically run 12-24 weeks.

  • Channels. Email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • The sales call. SDRs are part of the price line. The page does not say CIENCE closes your deal.
  • Price on the page. Month-to-month pricing starts at $2,000/month for campaign management plus at-cost SDRs.

Watch for. $2,000 a month is the campaign-management line. SDRs are extra, at cost, on their wording. Ask what at cost means on the invoice.

6. SalesRoads

Appointment setting for healthcare. The page says they have +19 years in the industry. A published case study says an average of 16 appointments a month for Captify, and that 52% of appointments went to the pipeline for Todd at BioDigital.

  • Channels. The healthcare page names appointment setting. The lines cited here do not name email, LinkedIn, or phone.
  • The sales call. You can focus on closing, on their wording.
  • Price on the page. No SalesRoads service fee in the page copy. A form asks for a budget band, including Under $5,000.

Watch for. 16 appointments and 52% are case studies they publish, not a rate for your campaign. Under $5,000 is a form choice, not their price.

7. Leadium

Targeted lead generation and sales development for healthcare organizations. They name email, high-conversion cold calling, LinkedIn Social Selling, and corporate gifting.

  • Channels. Email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and corporate gifting.
  • The sales call. A quoted client says the work let them focus on closing. That is one client's words, not a contract.
  • Price on the page. No Leadium service fee on the page. A form asks, What budget are you strategizing around?

Watch for. The dollar bands on the form are a question about your budget. They are not Leadium's price. Ask whether corporate gifting is in the healthcare programme.

Should you book the call

Three questions. The note below is already filled in for a company that sells to organizations and takes its own sales calls. Change an answer and the note changes. The booking button under the note hides if you sell to patients.

You sell to organizations, and your team will take the sales calls. ReplyLead builds the list for that market, runs cold email and LinkedIn, and books qualified meetings onto your calendar. Book a 20 minute call and tell us who you sell to.

If the list is hospitals, type it before you buy

CMS Care Compare dataset xubh-q36u, counted by ReplyLead on 3 October 2026, has 5,419 hospital rows. 3,107 are acute care. 1,382 are critical access, 25.5 percent. 624 are psychiatric. A row is a facility. The file has no parent-organization column, so it cannot tell you who approves a vendor. ReplyLead builds that list. The first cut is which type you mean. The healthcare lead generation guide is the page for who inside the organization can buy.

Method

We did not buy or test these services. Facts come from each provider's own published pages on 3 October 2026. ReplyLead facts come from the how-it-works page and the pricing page. The other six facts come from the healthcare URL linked on that company's card. A sentence that is their average, their case study, or their market range is labeled as theirs. The hospital counts are a full pass over the CMS CSV, 5,419 data rows, none dropped.

Questions

Who is this page for?

A company that sells to healthcare organizations and is choosing a lead-generation company. It is for someone who wants meetings with those organizations, and whose own team will run the sales calls.

Why is ReplyLead first?

ReplyLead publishes this comparison and sells the service, so ReplyLead is listed first. The pick is ours. It is not an independent ranking. The reasons are on the how-it-works page: cold email and LinkedIn, qualified meetings on your calendar, and you run the sales calls.

Is Belkins from $5,000 a monthly price?

The Belkins healthcare page prints from $5,000 on a starter package. That stat does not state a billing period. Separately, the page prints 1,500 next to leads/month. It does not say the $5,000 buys those 1,500 leads. Ask Belkins. The same page says an average of 15 new meetings booked every month and 113% of campaign KPIs. Those are Belkins figures, not figures this page measured.

What do we cover on the call?

Tell us who you sell to, and who on your team takes the sales calls. We map that market and build the list. If you sell to hospitals, tell us whether you mean acute care, critical access, or psychiatric. We book the meeting. You take the call.

When should I not book?

Do not book if you are buying patient acquisition, a contact file with no meetings, or a vendor who will close the deal for you. ReplyLead does not run your sales calls. Martal Group and SalesRoads also describe the client as the one who closes. None of those pages was a test of results.

When this page does not apply

It does not apply to patient acquisition, consumer advertising, or recruiting people into a study. It does not rank these companies by revenue, reviews, or meetings delivered. It does not convert a four-week fee, a starter package, and a revenue share into one monthly number. If the question is who inside a hospital can approve a vendor, use the healthcare lead generation guide. If the question is the ReplyLead figure, use pricing.
