Who the client is
Vincodo is a digital advertising agency founded in 2010 in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, focused on customer acquisition and sales growth through search marketing and online advertising.
Acquired by HomeServe USA. On 4 June 2020, HomeServe USA, the home-repair company then serving more than 4.4 million customers across the U.S. and Canada, announced that it had acquired Vincodo as its first in-house search engine marketing team. Under the deal, all of Vincodo’s employees would join HomeServe, with one team dedicated to Vincodo’s existing clients and a team built to serve HomeServe’s home repair, HVAC and eLocal clients. Vincodo’s chief executive, Tim Daly, took the role of general manager. Sources: MediaPost, 4 June 2020 and HomeServe USA’s press release.
What we ran for Vincodo
ReplyLead ran three B2B outbound campaigns for Vincodo over cold email and LinkedIn, one per market, each with its own list and offer. Every reply, meeting and opportunity was logged in a live ReplyLead client portal that Vincodo’s team logs into.
HVAC, plumbing and other local home-services businesses
Who and how. Local HVAC, plumbing, restoration and other home-services businesses, found by scraping Google Maps listings.
The offer. A marketing strategy session: a full audit that pinpoints areas for improvement and how to scale.
Universities across the US and Canada
Who and how. We located the marketing managers and people in similar roles at universities across the US and Canada.
The offer. The same marketing strategy session and full audit for scaling.
Ecommerce, retail and consumer brands
Who and how. CMOs and other C-suite decision-makers, plus the company’s general inbox where no named work email could be found.
The offer. A complimentary GEO (generative engine optimization) audit session.
Another 8 sales-qualified leads came from other industries, including insurance, manufacturing, PR and a medical laboratory: 263 in total. Each count follows the industry recorded on the lead in the client portal. The lead list itself is not published.
Every ReplyLead campaign runs the same three systems described on our methodology page, end to end, and this one is no exception.
Deliverability infrastructure. ReplyLead describes using dedicated sending infrastructure across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, separate from the client's primary domain. Authentication, monitoring and preparation remain necessary controls; no mailbox count, warmup period or sending volume guarantees placement. See deliverability guidance.
Data and list building. ICP-matched lists of the exact decision-makers worth reaching, enriched, and re-verified with a live email-verification pass immediately before sending. Vendor "verified" flags on purchased data are not trusted: in one of our own audits, 35 of 35 dead mailboxes behind a bounce spike traced back to leads whose vendor validation said valid.
Copy and reply handling. Messaging tuned to the offer, A/B tested every send, with capacity planned on two touches per lead. Positive replies are qualified, routed in minutes, and booked onto the calendar.
Our published pricing model combines infrastructure fees with agreed revenue share and any other contracted charges. This profile does not disclose the client's invoices, total acquisition cost or closed revenue. Compare a complete written proposal for your own scope.
The results, and what the words mean

12 months. The reported programme period shown on the case studies page.
In the client’s words. On 21 May 2025, Tim Daly, General Manager, replied to a lead from the higher-education campaign, a senior marketing director at Dalhousie University: “This is a solid lead.”
