The 8 best cold email agencies in 2026
Updated July 2026 // by Mark Glazer // editorial standards
The short answer: Of the seven competitors on this list, only three tell you anything about price before a sales call: CIENCE publishes a full price list, Cleverly publishes headline monthly prices, and Sopro names a starting figure. ReplyLead publishes a line-item fee table, runs the only revenue-share model here, and appears first because this is our list.
The disclosure first: ReplyLead publishes this list and we put ourselves at the top. The other seven are real competitors, described from their own pages and Clutch profiles fetched in July 2026, sources named wherever a number appears. Ordering after ReplyLead is editorial, one stated reason per entry.
The pricing transparency scoreboard
The spine of this list is one question, put to each agency's own site in July 2026: can a buyer learn a price without booking a sales call?
- Publishes real prices: CIENCE (a complete, itemized price list on its pricing page), Cleverly (headline monthly prices on its homepage), and ReplyLead (a line-item infrastructure fee table on the ROI calculator).
- Publishes a starting figure only: Sopro, whose pricing page says pricing starts at around 3K GBP per month.
- Publishes no numbers: Belkins (tier names only), Martal Group (tier structure only), SalesHive (fee structure described, no figures) and SalesBread (no readable prices on its pricing URL).
One structural fact underneath: none of the seven competitor pricing pages advertises a revenue-share model. The closest analogues are Martal Group's Tiers 2 and 3, flat fee plus sales commission per its pricing page, and CIENCE's performance-based commission on top of flat fees. The models and the dollar figures are unpacked on our pricing models page and agency cost page.
1. ReplyLead
Why first: it is our list, disclosed.
ReplyLead is a done-for-you B2B cold email agency on a revenue-share model: a lean amount covers the dedicated sending infrastructure that runs your campaign, and the bulk of our compensation comes from the revenue share, with the percentage and attribution window agreed up front and no long-term lock-in. We publish what the infrastructure costs as a line-item fee table on the ROI calculator: at 50,000 emails per month the stack totals $2,841 per month at list prices. The results are named on the case studies page: CEO Coaching International (90+ positive replies per month, a client since 2024), CTAP Inc. and Media Funds (75,000 emails per month, 70+ positive replies per month, a client since 2011) and TrailerSteps.com (100,000 emails per month, 60+ leads per month). We also publish complimentary no-signup tools: a spam checker with 1,130 trigger words, a cold email grader and a deliverability checker. Best for: companies that want their agency paid mostly when deals close.
2. CIENCE
Why here: the only large agency with a complete, itemized public price list.
CIENCE describes itself as managed B2B lead generation and GTM execution on its own graph8 platform (self-reported); founded 2015, Denver headquarters per its Clutch profile. Per its published pricing page, GTM System Setup is $5,000 one time, a Strategic Team is $2,000 per month and the graph8 platform is $499 per month, a first month total of $7,499. Terms are month to month with no long-term contract, and the same page describes a performance-based commission structure on top of the flat fees. Best for: a big managed-SDR machine with itemized pricing; the side-by-side is on our CIENCE alternatives page.
3. Cleverly
Why here: the cheapest published entry price of the eight.
Cleverly is a LinkedIn-first lead generation agency that also sells cold email and cold calling, started in Los Angeles and now fully remote (self-reported). Its prices are headline figures on its homepage: LinkedIn outreach at $397 per month, cold email at $1,995 per month for 10,000+ emails, and cold calling at $3,500 per month; its /pricing URL 404s, so the homepage is the source of record. It claims 224.7K leads generated and $312M in pipeline (self-reported). Best for: budget-conscious SMBs that want productized outreach at a listed price.
4. Sopro
Why here: the only other agency naming any price.
Sopro is a fully managed, email-led B2B outreach service based in Brighton, UK, founded in 2015, with 300+ employees. Per its pricing page, pricing starts at around 3K GBP per month, quotes beyond that are bespoke, with explicitly no minimum contract. Its homepage counters claim 3,375 clients and 91 million-plus outreach messages (self-reported); the mix spans LinkedIn, display ads, phone and physical mail. Best for: UK and European B2B companies with 3K GBP and up monthly budgets.
5. Belkins
Why here: the biggest multi-channel appointment-setting brand in the quote-only half.
Belkins, founded in 2017, does omnichannel appointment setting: cold email plus calling, LinkedIn, SMS and paid ads. Its pricing page shows tiers named Growth (100+ appointments per year), Growth Plus (200+) and a small business tier (30+), but every tier is quote-only. Per its Clutch profile, minimum project size is $1,000+. It claims $2B+ in client revenue generated since 2017 (self-reported). Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams comfortable with quote-based pricing; more on our Belkins alternatives page.
6. Martal Group
Why here: closest to an outsourced sales team, longest minimum commitment.
Martal Group, headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, positions itself as an AI-powered outbound engine with 200+ onshore sales executives (self-reported), covering cold email, LinkedIn, calling and full sales outsourcing. Its pricing page describes the structure without numbers: Tier 1A is a flat monthly fee after a 3-month pilot, and Tiers 2 and 3 add a sales commission after a 4-month pilot, so the pilot is the effective minimum. Best for: B2B tech companies that want an outsourced sales team, not email alone.
7. SalesHive
Why here: US-based SDR calling plus email, month to month, no published figures.
SalesHive is a B2B sales development outsourcer, remote-first since 2016, that books meetings with 100 percent US-based SDRs (self-reported), running cold calling and email end to end. Its pricing page describes one flat monthly fee covering team, platform, data and tools, with no setup fees and month-to-month terms, but publishes no dollar amounts; the number arrives on a strategy call. It claims 129K+ qualified meetings booked and $2.5B+ in pipeline (self-reported). Best for: US companies that want calling plus email, month to month.
8. SalesBread
Why here: the boutique of the list, with the only explicit money-back guarantee.
SalesBread runs done-for-you LinkedIn plus email outreach built on manual personalization rather than automation at scale. Its headline promise is 20+ sales qualified leads per month or your money back (self-reported). The service is month to month, requires your own LinkedIn account with a Sales Navigator subscription, and reports a 3 to 5 week waitlist (self-reported). On transparency it sits last: its pricing URL currently serves an image with no readable prices. Best for: small B2B teams that want low-volume, high-personalization outreach with a concrete guarantee.
