Mailbox name generator

Enter your domains and sender names. Get varied email addresses in a spreadsheet, with one row per domain.

1. Plan your sending domains

Generate the domains I need

Your mailbox count and primary domain carry over. Choose domains there, then return here with the list. Your draft stays in this browser tab while you move between the tools; Clear removes it. Passwords are never carried between tools.

2. Generate mailbox names

Optional display-name keywords

Leave these off for plain names. Select terms to rotate between mailboxes, for example Avery Bennett (Office). Email addresses still use the person's name.

Separate custom terms with commas. Selected terms appear in parentheses after the last name, including in Excel and CSV.

One person can have multiple mailboxes. Email address formats vary. Optional keywords are appended to the display name. If you enter several people, mailboxes rotate through them.

Already have sending domains? Paste one per line. Otherwise, generate the required domains in step 1 and bring them back here. You can optionally add a host after a comma on each line.

Optional spreadsheet details

If supplied, this value is copied to each domain row. It is not generated or used to configure an account. Downloads will contain it.

Your generated spreadsheet will appear below.

This tool only generates names and a downloadable spreadsheet. It does not create mailboxes, configure forwarding, or change DNS. Inputs are not uploaded by this tool. Your handoff draft stays in this browser tab until cleared.
